Our Leadership

Presides over Executive Committee and General Assembly meetings, signs official documents, co-signs checks, ensures tax obligations are met, and casts the deciding vote in a tie.

Prepares agendas, records official minutes, handles correspondence, documents every assistance payment with the applicable bylaw provision, and acts for the Chairperson in their absence.

Collects member payments and issues receipts, deposits funds within three working days, and cooperates with the Auditor.

Maintains the checkbook, accounting, and property records; notifies members of balances before each Assembly; jointly maintains the bank account with the Chairperson; presents the annual budget October 1–10.

Oversees the exchange of information between the Association and members, and opens, organizes, and manages the communication platforms.

Independent of the Executive Committee and accountable to the General Assembly. Examines accounts, records, and minutes twice per year and reports directly to the Assembly.
